From one device to another for the purpose of data transmission, a digital transmission systems is a special physical layer protocol. It is the medium through which we can exchange everything from text messages, to pictures, to videos, to music and sound. When we are sending information on our devices, that information gets divided into these bytes. Then, it goes through a network of cables and servers to reach the destination device. The process of transferring data is called data transfer. So the faster the data transfer, the faster the information reaching where it should go. This is why a good internet connection can be game changing!
On the contrary, Digital data transmission is accomplished with the help of a method called binary code in order to exchange data. It does so by sending these messages using electric signals that are either turned on or off. This is called digital signaling. For one, digital transmission is much faster than analog and the signals can share information much faster with fewer interruptions. That means your messages get to the other person faster and more clearly.
